About our communication with the Founder of Doctor Aromas, Marcelo Zelicovich:

When we initially received the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) from Icon Management for the fragrance being dispensed inside our elevators, we learned that, despite it being provided to us as the relevant safety document, it does not fully reflect the product actually being used, named “Dream CAD”. The SDS belongs to a related product intended for use with an HVAC/air-conditioning system, named Dream HVAC. This SDS is attached here.

When we asked which parts of the two products specifically are the same and which are different, Marcelo refused to disclose this information for Dream CAD. He limited what he was willing to share to vague statements such as: may differ, depending on usage etc.

And stated he will share exact information about his scent only with people having jurisdictional authority.

The fact that he was not open to providing this information makes us question even more what exactly we are being exposed to every day. Rather than addressing the specific content of our questions, Marcelo repeatedly redirected the conversation to general statements such as: “it’s harmless,” “it’s safe,” and “it’s unique.”

He also compared his scent to Lysol and Procter & Gamble, one of the most toxic cleaning product manufacturers.
